Indianapolis Motor Speedway VIP Tour

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway located in Speedway, IN, is home of the Verizon IndyCar Series, Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, SportsCar Vintage Racing Association … Our Guided Tour will include a narrated 2.5 mile bus ride around the “oval”, the Brickyard, guide-narrated Hall of Fame Museum, including antique vehicles, NASCAR, motorcycles, and more, plus visits to places normally open only to officials, drivers, and teams during race events, including timing-and-scoring suite in the Pagoda, Victory Podium, Gasoline Alley, and one of the hospitality suites

Former residence of President Benjamin Harrison that is now a museum dedicated to his life. In this. 16-room home built in the 1870s, he began his famous “Front Porch Campaign” for office

Informal Family Buffet
We will begin the evening with a social hour and some “getting to know you” activities to catch up with “cousins” and old friends and meet some new ones at our cash bar.
A full buffet dinner including BBQ chicken and the “famous” Indiana pork tenderloin, a favorite of the natives which is quite often served at fairs and festivals.

Cash bar in the ballroom lobby, to be moved into the ballroom for dinner.
- 5:30 – 8.30pm – Banquet Dinner
Three carving stations will have turkey, ham and roast beef. There will also be a make-your-own salad station, and a mashed potato “martini” station. A dessert station will include cupcakes and cheesecake choices.
We will have a vintage (1962) Indy 500 pace car for photographs, a DJ for dinner music and dancing afterward.

Enjoy a Farewell Cousins Breakfast Buffet (including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and Belgian waffles) as we get in one more visit, make our final good-byes, and bring another terrific SSWDA Reunion to a close.
NOTE Knob Creek Bourbon
A single barrel 9 year old bourbon with the Westcott coat of arms stamped in the wax seal, is available for $55 per bottle. These MUST be pre-ordered as they are all hand bottled at the distillery. Ordering is available on the Registration Form. Please be mindful of how you would transport this to your home if you are flying – TSA regulations do not allow even unopened containers of liquid onboard, and damage could occur if stored in checked luggage.
